| Comments: | In 2020, the NorCal Executive Committee approved Fresno Heat training 4 teams in Sanger with the proviso that Heat obtain permission prior to the start of each season to continue to have teams train in Sanger. Since 2020, RIPMC, a Sanger based club has been admitted to NorCal. Since 2020 Fresno Heat has not again obtained the permission of the NorCal Executive Committee to continue having teams train in Sanger. As Heat did not again obtain permission from the NorCal board, and as Fresno Heat was only permitted to train teams in Sanger due to the 2020 decision of the NorCal Executive Committee, the PAD Committee finds Fresno Heat in violation of NorCal's Handbook Rule 1.1(2). The PAD Committee refers this matter to the NorCal Board of Directors to determine whether sanctions should be imposed upon Fresno Heat.
