| Comments: | Coach Noe Perez is suspended indefinitely from all NorCal competitions pending review by USClub soccer as it is alleged that Coach Perez made physical contact with an Elk Grove United player. The PAD Committee recommends to the Executive Committee that the Elk Grove United team be expelled from all NorCal competitions through June 30, 2025. The PAD Committee recommends that that the Soccer for Kids Select 2008 team be expelled from all NorCal competitions through June 30, 2025. The PAD Committee recommends to the Executive Committee of the NorCal Board of Directors that Soccer for Kids undergo a membership review. The PAD Committee recommends to the Executive Committee of the NorCal Board that Elk Grove United be placed on probation until June 30, 2025.
