| Comments: | When Eastshore Alliance merged it listed certain fields as the fields it has historically used in its merger application submitted to NorCal Premier. Emery High School was not listed amongst the fields included on Eastshore Alliance's list. As a result Eastshore Alliance has violated NorCal's rules concerning field usage. The PAD Committee refers this matter to the Board of Directors of NorCal for a determination of sanctions against Eastshore Alliance. |
