Incident Summary:
Allegation that the Manteca DOC had Manteca Rangers players to private trainings and then those players left Manteca Rangers for Manteca Futbol Club during the tryout window.
Comments:
When a coach who works at 1 club privately trains a player from another club, the coach cannot then coach that player for 1 year if the player moved to the coaches' clubs after the private training with the coach. As a result, Jay Marmono may not coach any player from Manteca Rangers at Manteca Futbol Club that he privately trained while the player was at Manteca Rangers until July 25, 2025.
