Incident Summary:Allegation that El Camino Salinas played a player who was not checked in. It is alleged that Salinas did not have laminated player passes, just paper passes that were stapled together. Allegation that a Salinas spectator ran onto the field during the game and showed the referee video of a play. The referee reviewed the video and gave the MVLASJ player a yellow card.
Comments:Please file a Competition Committee Report to have the competition committee review whether the player was on an electronic game card and thus eligible to play. ECFC Salinas is reminded to have laminated player and staff passes at all games.
The coach of the Salinas team, Telesforo Vazquez, is suspended 2 games for failing to control his team's spectators for the spectator running on the field to show the referee video. Spectators are never allowed to enter the field of play for any reason. Referees are not allowed to review video during the game and make calls based on that video.
