Comments:After investigation by the PAD Committee, it is determined that the center referee was not, and has never been licensed as a referee. It is unacceptable for clubs to use unlicensed referees. The match is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Atwater. Sierra United is fined $150 for failing to have a licensed referee for this match.
