| Comments: | When Albion joined NorCal Premier as Force North, they signed an Affiliation Letter permitting them to use 4 fields of which King Center was not one.
Later, Albion requested permission from the NorCal Premier Board of Directors to use King Center and permission after originally being approved was then rescinded. As a result, Albion has no right to expand its operations to King Center without the written permission of the NorCal Board. This matter is referred to the Board of Directors of NorCal Premier for a decision as to sanctions. |
