Comments:	PAD Ruling: Players have the right to go to any club they see fit. Unless there is direct proof that the coach is recruiting PAD is limited to what they can do. We highly recommend American Canyon let the Vallejo players finish out their State Cup commitment - then pick them up after they have completed State Cup.
