| Comments: | No players may move from Turlock FC to Turlock Tornadoes and play in 2016 for any coach that they played for with Turlock FC in 2015. The PAD Committee finds that Hugo Valadez intentionally recruited players to move from Turlock FC to Turlock Tornadoes. As a result, Mr. Valadez is suspended from coaching any team in the Norcal Premier Soccer League until June 12, 2016. Turlock Tornadoes is placed on probation for 1 year for its involvement with the attempt to recruit players from Turlock FC. |
