| Incident Summary: | 10 minutes into the match a Ceres parent was sent off for directing profanity towards the referee. After that the Ceres coach entered the field several times without being called on by the referee. After the third time this happened, the Ceres coach was sent off and the match abandoned. After the match was abandoned, a Ceres parent pursued the referee and attempted to assault him. |
| Comments: | 1. Coach Heriberto Paz is suspended from any and all NorCal Competitions for a period of one (1) year for failing to control the team's spectators and for contributing or failing to act in the best interest of the game, protection of the referee(s), the club and NorCal.
2. The NorCal PAD Committee recommends that the NorCal Board of Directors not allow Ceres Barca 09 to register and participate in the NorCal Spring/Summer Leagues for 2019 or the 2019-2020 State Cup.
3. The NorCal PAD Committee recommends that the NorCal Board of Directors Ceres Earthquake be placed on probation.
4. The NorCal PAD Committee recommends that the NorCal Board of Directors ask that USClub Soccer rescind the pass for Heriberto Paz for 1 year.
5. The PAD Committee recommends that the Board of Directors inform the RAC of what transpired and the punishments levied. |
