Comments:

The player, Agustin Gutierrez, had registered with and committed to playing for Turlock in 2018-2019. The player transferred after this. As a result, Agustin Gutierrez is required to sit out 5 NPL games. Had Ceres won any of the matches in which Mr. Gutierrez had appeared, Ceres would have been required to forfeit those games.
