2) The Mustang referee followed proper procedure in allowing the player to play with a US Club pass and proof the player was eligible electronically

3) Mustang needs to inform their referees to make sure players that are not playing are crossed off on the game card

4) De Anza has been warned to make sure that players are on the roster prior to the match to avoid issues such as these
