Incident Summary:
Trainers worked for IR Academy under contract with Challenger Sports. The trainer's visas were held with Challenger. Challenger contracted with FC Elk Grove to provide trainers and the Elk Grove contract forbade Challenger trainers from working with Elk Grove. The trainers then left IR Academy and are working with Elk Grove.
Comments:
Any individual who worked as a trainer or coach for IR Academy and moved to Elk Grove may not coach or train in the same age group and gender for one year from the date they worked for IR Academy.
