Incident Summary:	Allegation that (1) the San Jose Surf coach was sent off and continued to coach the team through halftime and (2) that an adult spectator who may or may not have had a USClub pass was allowed to coach the Surf team until the end of the game.
Comments:	As allegations made and not answered are deemed truthful, the PAD Committee determines that the individual who coached the remainder of the game was not the holder of a USClub Soccer pass. The PAD Committee refers this to the Event Coordinator for a determination of the outcome.
