| Comments: | For an individual to be found to have recruited, the individual must be an Adult Member of the Club. As of June 15, 2023, Neko Young does not qualify as an Adult Member with any club as he is not registered with a NorCal club. As a result, he can not be found to have violated NorCal rules against recruiting.
On Re-review after appeal to the Board, the PAD Committee on August 17, 2023 finds that Valley Surf attempted recruit players from Manteca as alleged in this Incident Report. The PAD refers Valley Surf to the Board of Directors of NorCal to determine possible sanctions. |
