The referee made an inappropriate comment to the FCA captain who refused to play if Atletico could not produce an adult with a pass. The referee then ended the game 5 minutes into the second half. |

The Committee determined that the match should be replayed because the facts indicate the Atletico Santa Rosa may have had an adult with a pass who could have served as the coach for the remainder of the match. Neither of the sent-off coaches may participate in the replayed match. None of the 3 officials who officiated the original match may officiate the replay.

The reported score of 1-0 is nullified. The clubs are to notify Moe Shafai of the time, date and location of the replay so that Mr. Shafai can assign neutral referees to the match. |
