Incident Summary:
Allegation that a player left Oakley to register with Revolution while still registered to Oakley.
Comments:
The player's name was incorrectly spelled when registered with Oakley. The player then decided to leave Oakley and believed he had done what was necessary to receive his release. When a pass was requested by Revolution under the correct name the pass was issued. The player was therefore properly registered with Revolution and no recruiting violation exists. The player must serve his existing suspension with Revolution.
