Incident Summary:	Neither team had a game card. EBU did not have laminated player passes. The Rage coach did not a physical or digital USClub staff pass, but provided a USSD ID Number.
Comments:	It is advised that both teams bring a printed game card to every game (home or away) to avoid this. The teams are reminded to have laminated, physical passes at all games. Coaches may not be in the technical area without a valid USClub Soccer staff pass. It can be physical (preferred) or digital. If neither is provided the coach should not be permitted in the technical area. A USSF ID Number is not a substitute for a USClub Soccer staff pass.
